After testing different power cords, buying multiple SD cards and after trying every known formatting method I've found out the solution!
There is no need to re-format or use a NOOBS system!
The Raspberry Pi is just stucked... And you need to reset it!
How to do that? Manually on the board.
Next to the SCREEN port, there are the RUN pins. You just need to connect them together when powered on and thats do the trick!
Easy peasy solution. Anyone want like 5 SD cards of different capacities...? :D

PS.: in the meantime I forget the password to login to terminal... murphy's law ;)
